Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the sale and use of Alchemy Art products, including but not limited to:

  • SCIMITAR SATIN BLACK 
  • SCIMITAR HARD BALL GROUND
  • SCIMITAR PLATE CLEANING PASTE
  • SCIMITAR AQUATINT POWDERED RESIN

1.2 By purchasing and using our products, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.3 Alchemy Art reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Specifications & Packaging

2.1 Product specifications:

  • SCIMITAR SATIN BLACK Liquid Ground: Aluminium tin with removable lid, 250 ml, 220 g.
  • SCIMITAR HARD BALL GROUND: 66 ml, 55 g, packed in a white box with black print, sealed with a sticker.
  • SCIMITAR PLATE CLEANING PASTE: 250 ml PE plastic tubs with screw-on lids.
  • SCIMITAR AQUATINT POWDERED RESIN: 125 g, supplied in a transparent honey jar with screw-on lid.

2.2 Alchemy Art reserves the right to make modifications to product packaging and specifications without prior notice.

3. Orders, Payment & Pricing

3.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Alchemy Art.

3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes or shipping costs will be communicated at the time of purchase.

3.3 Payments must be made in full before the dispatch of goods. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4.2 Alchemy Art is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance processes.

4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch of the goods.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

5.2 Customers must notify Alchemy Art within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or refund.

5.3 Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

5.4 Refunds or replacements will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

6. Product Use & Safety

6.1 All products must be used according to the instructions provided.

6.2 Alchemy Art is not liable for any damage, injury, or misuse of the products beyond their intended purpose.

6.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials in compliance with safety regulations.

7.1 The SCIMITAR brand, packaging, and product formulations are the intellectual property of Alchemy Art Pty Ltd.

7.2 Any reproduction, repackaging, or resale of the products without authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

8.1 Alchemy Art shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.

8.2 While every effort is made to ensure product quality and consistency, variations may occur due to the nature of materials used.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
